With the availability statistics, you can keep track of holiday days, absences and shifts of employees and can download them for further processing.
For the use of this feature a corresponding access right is necessary.
How do I get access to the data?
Initially, no employee has access to the data, including admins.
Contact a Desk-Net administrator to gain access. This user must activate the "Availability statistics - grant access" right in the user profile.
Desk-Net stores the information about who granted or withdrew the access rights to whom and presents this information in the user profile.
After activating the access right, you have access to the availability data of the users from the groups to which you have also been assigned.
Where can I find the availability statistics?
You will find the data on two pages:
Above the user list on the left side you will see a small arrow. Click on this and the availability statistics will open.
What is shown on the availability statistics?
The following data can be viewed aggregated:
- Number of holidays
- Number of days off
- For each shift / service, the number of assignments to this shift.
The download files (see below) also contain data on other absences.
Per user you see data for
- the selected or displayed period and
- for the whole year.
How can I download the data?
In the upper right corner of the Monthly Availability page you will see a download icon.
Click this and an xlsx file containing the data will be downloaded from your browser.
The data is displayed on two sheets in the file and always aggregated differently for the selected month.
