You cannot reach Desk-Net – what to do?
Cause: Your corporate network
Please first clarify
- if other websites like Wikipedia.com or Amazon.com can be accessed,
- if your colleagues have access to Desk-Net or
- if you can reach Desk-Net with a device that is not connected to your corporate network (e.g. with your smartphone via a 4G connection).
If other websites cannot be accessed either, the denied access to Desk-Net is likely caused by your corporate network. Please talk to your IT administrators in this case.
If Desk-Net is down, this will be indicated on our Uptime page:
In case this uptime page tells you that Desk-Net is currently down we can assure you that our team has automatically been notified about this. There is no need to contact us.
While we are working on a solution you can follow status updates on our Twitter page: https://twitter.com/desk_net
Cause: External provider
If there are no current issues with your internal network or with Desk-Net, the access problems might be caused by an external service provider who is operating between your company and Desk-Net.
In some cases Desk-Net is still accessible via the IP address: https://184.108.40.206 .
Please follow the instructions in your browser and add an exception for Desk-Net.
In some cases only certain countries, regions or customers of certain internet service providers can be affected.
