You cannot reach Desk-Net – what to do?
Cause: Your corporate network
Please first clarify
- if other websites like Wikipedia.com or Amazon.com can be accessed,
- if your colleagues have access to Desk-Net or
- if you can reach Desk-Net with a device that is not connected to your corporate network (e.g. with your smartphone via a 4G connection).
If other websites cannot be accessed either, the denied access to Desk-Net is likely caused by your corporate network. Please talk to your IT administrators in this case.
