In some cases users receive email notifications with a lot of unreadable text.
Usually this is related to the calendar files Desk-Net includes in those notifications if the story is related to an appointment.
In case your email software mis-interprets this file it turns it into unreadable text.
In order to avoid this you should please check your settings for those calendar files on your settings page. At the very bottom of it there is a menu called "Your email client software". Simply select the most appropriate option (and click on Save) and you should no longer see those messed-up emails.
