Desk-Net displays all stories that belong to the groups and publication platforms you have selected in those two menus in the white Control Panel.
However, there are additional filter options. Most often they are used by specific user groups such as photographers that are interested only in stories with tasks that are relevant to them (e.g. photographers just want to see stories with a request for pictures or picture galleries).
How to activate those additional filters?
On most pages such as the Dashboard page you see that small link "More filters" just below the groups menu. Click on it.
You see three options:
- Filter by status
- Filter by task
- Filter by user
Simply select the appropriate filters and hit the Apply button to activate that filter.
A small note "Active filters:..." right next to the More Filters link indicates that there are active filters.
