If Desk-Net does not accept your email address and/or password it will present you with this message:
We could not find any user profile with this email address or the password you entered is incorrect. Please try again.
When you see this message please check the following:
Are you trying to log on for the first time (i.e. you are a new user)?
You have been invited to use Desk-Net. The invitation email asked you to “Go to Desk-Net”.
Please click on this link in the invitation email. A page will open prompting you to type in your password.
Please choose a password which is at least 9 characters, then enter this password again to confirm it. Click on “Set Password”.
You are done. Welcome to Desk-Net!
You received your invitation to Desk-Net over a week ago and you never logged on?
If you do not log in within a week of receiving your Desk-Net invitation, unfortunately, your user profile has been disabled. Please contact your administrator and ask her to send you a new invitation.
Please be informed that for security reasons, Desk-Net support cannot send you a new invitation. This must be requested internally within your company.
None of the above applies? Request a new password!
Go to the Request a Password page, enter your email address and reset your password.
Still cannot log on?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the email address you use to log in (please do not send us your password!).
Before doing so you may want to check the following:
- Can you log on on other computers? If yes: Delete the cookies in your browser, close the browser and try again.
- Try logging on on your computer, but with another browser (Desk-Net is supported by the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari (version 9 and onwards) ).
- Can others log on on your computer? If yes, please tell us in the email to our support.
